that's a nice 'thank you' note that you posted there .... but the last lines mean that you are overusing it ... will you give yourself enough time to think of what I just said here or you will immediately try to defend yourself?
Hmm, well, when I first read your question, I immediately thought of why I would even need to defend myself.
I merely reblogged a friend of mine because I agreed with her thoughts on our upcoming departure from high school and the gratitude felt for many people who have helped us get to this point. It’s not the end of our journey, but the arrival of a newly opened door towards our future; however, it’s not a bad idea to stop along the way to say “thanks” to a few people.
Perhaps you think the last lines are overusing the words “thank you”, but in my opinion, “thank you” is overused when people say it without a second thought and without real gratitude. That post is meant with sincere feelings, and that’s why I wanted to share it. That’s all. There’s nothing more to it (:

Thank you are two words that can either be chosen to be filled with gratitude or nothing at all when overused. Today I am choosing to express my thanks to some people who have played a part in changing my life and shaping who I am as a person today. I’m not much of a card person but writing these Thank You cards has really made me think and reflect on the past four years of my life. With graduation in a little more than a week, I realize that this interval of my life is soon coming to an end. It is hard to believe that I am moving away in less than three months and that everything will change. I’m not really scared but not really excited either. I guess I’m just kind of stuck in a middle road where I’m so bombarded with everything that I don’t know how to feel. I have come a far ways in these last few years and I would not be where I am today nor would I be going where I am without those people who have helped me throughout the process. So to all of you who have achieved success or are in the process of doing so, cheers to you. Card or no card, thank you to everyone who has come into and out of my life - your influence will not go unnoticed.

Day 07: Your best friend
Theresa Vu. The only girl that has stuck by my side no matter what. My future maid of honor. The only person who meows back at me. My sister. We don’t see each other much, and I must admit it’s hard and I really hate it - but for some reason we see over that. Every time we are together, we pick things up back where we left off. Her energy and her cute little, what I like to call spasms, just liven up my spirit!
We’re going off to different colleges next year, in different towns, this time seeing each other will be even harder. It’ll be a true test for our friendship, but knowing us and just how we are, it’ll be a breeze. I’m literally staring at this screen right now, thinking about all the good times we’ve had - cause I mean we hardly have any bad ones - and I just have the biggest smile on my face. I’m so happy you are part of my life T, you are more than a friend to me. I couldn’t ask for a better sister <3 Wuvv youu! & here’s to the next few year of our lives as besties! xoxox Your Poopie
